Meet the founder
Sandeep Gosain is an experienced technology and business leader from India, known for founding and leading innovative ventures in the AI and software space. He serves as Director and key executive across multiple companies, including Humonics Global Private Limited, Intellicall AI Private Limited, Bellezza Hills Private Limited, and ImagingIQ Private Limited.
A serial entrepreneur and technology strategist, Sandeep focuses on AI-powered solutions and digital transformation. He is co-founder of Call AI, a startup delivering advanced AI and machine learning conversational solutions, which was incubated at Google for Startups Accelerator India.

With over two decades of experience, Sandeep has built and scaled technology products, driven customer success, and led cross-functional teams. He has held senior technology leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer roles, where he was responsible for product innovation and execution. Under his leadership, his ventures have focused on transforming customer engagement through AI-driven contact center platforms and next-generation communication tools, positioning them as competitive players in India's tech ecosystem.
At Imaging iQ, he leads the mission to make medical imaging intelligence explainable, auditable, and clinician-friendly—so that every recommendation can be validated and trusted at the point of care. The same focus on transparency and human-in-the-loop design that defines his broader portfolio is at the core of Imaging iQ's products.
Our story
What drives us
Imaging iQ was born from a simple observation: the best AI in the world is useless in healthcare if clinicians can't understand or verify it. We started with medical imaging because it's where explainability matters most—where every finding affects a patient and every decision must be defensible.
We combine deep learning with rigorous attention to interpretability. Our systems surface why they reached a conclusion, not just the conclusion itself. That means saliency maps, natural-language summaries, and clear links to the underlying imaging evidence. We also design for human oversight: clinician review and sign-off are built into the workflow, not bolted on.
Today we work with healthcare providers who want to adopt AI without sacrificing transparency or control. Our solutions integrate with existing PACS, RIS, and EHR infrastructure and are built to scale across departments and sites.
